How to Fix a Broken Table in the Converted Word Document

When a table arrives in Word as scattered text, the fastest repair method is to convert it to a proper Word table using the Convert Text to Table feature. Select all the text that should be in the table. Go to Insert, Table, Convert Text to Table. Word prompts you for the number of columns and the delimiter that separates cells.
