Checking the Result Before You Distribute
After inserting a page, scroll through the entire document to confirm the page landed in the right position, the page count is correct, and nothing was inadvertently duplicated or dropped. Check that the inserted page's dimensions match the surrounding pages — a page inserted at A4 size into a Letter-format document will look noticeably different in size. If the dimensions don't match, resize the inserted page to match the surrounding document before merging.
